BJ's Rentals - Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT:
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is due upon making the event reservation. This will insure that the goods and services are available for the event. The event must be paid in full, two weeks prior to delivery or pickup. At this time final numbers will be verified. Any additional charges will be the result of last minute adds of goods or services and/or breakage.

DELIVERY:
Tailgate delivery is available; Delivery charges will be based on distances traveled and goods and/or services provided. Please ask for estimated delivery charges. If items need to be moved to a distant location, there will be an additional charge. Setup and tear down of table and chairs if not included in delivery price.

LINEN:
A charge is incurred for all linens rented, whether they have been used or not. Please return linens in containers originally provided and free of all debris. "Special ordered linen" requires full payment one month in advance and cannot be changed or canceled beyong that point. There is a replacement charge for missing, burned and badly stained linens.

DAMAGED/BROKEN/MISSING:
Any items that are damaged, broken or missing will be charged a replacement fee. Please see coordinator for details.

CHARCOAL GRILLS:
Grills subject to a cleaning deposit. Deposit is refunded if returned cleaned.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of an event will result in the following charges: More than 45 days prior to the event, deposit returned to customer. 45 to 15 days prior to the event, customer forfeits deposit.

All barrels, manual tappers and CO2 tappers require a deposits. Tappers also require a rental fee. Call for prices.

Domestic:
Budweiser, Bud Lite, Miller, Miller Lite 1/4 and 1/2 Barrel

Premium:
Michelob, Michelob Lite 1/4 and 1/2 Barrel

Import:
Labatt, Killian's 1/4 and 1/2 Barrel

Iron Horse Root Beer
1/2 Barrel

Other available items are: Bottle Beer, Can Beer, Wine Cooler, Bottle Wine, Pepsi Products, & Coca Cola Products.
